Terms & Conditions

Please review the following policies before booking a lesson.

1. Lesson Booking & Scheduling

All lessons are scheduled directly with your instructor. Lesson times are confirmed via email or phone after your booking request is submitted. Lessons are available in-studio, in-home, or online as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Lesson Expiration

Purchased lessons must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the date of purchase. After 90 days, unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled lesson time. Lessons cancelled with 24 or more hours' notice will receive a full credit toward a future lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and no credit will be issued.

4. No-Shows

If you miss a scheduled lesson without prior notice (a “no-show”), the following policy applies:

  • First no-show: You will receive a one-time courtesy credit to reschedule the lesson.
  • Subsequent no-shows: The lesson will be forfeited with no credit or refund.

5. Late Arrivals

Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended. Please plan to arrive on time to get the most out of your session.

6. Refunds

All lesson purchases are non-refundable. Cancelled lessons that meet the 24-hour notice requirement will receive a credit toward a future lesson. Credits are subject to the 90-day expiration policy.

7. Lesson Location

Lessons may take place in-studio, in-home, or online. The lesson format and location are agreed upon between the student and instructor at the time of booking. Any changes to the lesson location should be communicated in advance.

8. Introductory Offer

New students receive 50% off their first 3 lessons. This offer applies to the student's first 3 lessons only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

9. Changes to These Terms

ND Music Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued booking of lessons after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
